Mr Bailie taught me from when I entered the senior school in year 7 untill he left  while i was in year 10. 

Every time i entered the lesson he would compare time with my watch so his was timed to exactly the same second. He also would hit the file cabinet or shout bang in the loudest voice at the least suspecting time to wake us up 😂. My favourite memory was when we were learing about microwave waves in physics and we heated up an egg. The egg was supposed to explode but it didn't. I was looking through the window in the door when Mr Baillie pressed the button to open the door. Just before the door opened the egg expoded! Everyone started laughing as a second or two earlier it would have blown up right in my face.

A really grest loss to the school. He was the best science teacher I ever had. He really helped push me in my sciences and got me to get the best grades i ever had.
